My mission is to rescue Nigeria – Kwankwaso speaks ahead of 2027 poll

Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the National Leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has reiterated his commitment to steering Nigeria out of its current economic challenges.

During a weekend visit to the Osun State party secretariat along the Osogbo-Ikirun road, Kwankwaso, represented by a delegation led by Dr. Rahila Mukhtar, emphasized the party’s focus on preparing to wrestle power from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2027.

Kwankwaso highlighted the importance of strengthening state chapters for efficient administration, stressing that the NNPP remains a focused and determined opposition party with a mission to alleviate the economic hardship faced by Nigerians.

“We are aware of the challenges ahead but are prepared for 2027. Various leaders have used poverty as a tool to manipulate citizens, but we are determined to rescue Nigeria from this quagmire,” Kwankwaso said in a statement released by the Osun NNPP Chairman, Dr. Tosin Odeyemi.

The party is actively mobilizing citizens across the country and equipping its state secretariats to facilitate their operations, including the provision of vehicles to enhance movement.

Dr. Odeyemi praised Kwankwaso for his dedication to the welfare of the people and reaffirmed his commitment to making the NNPP a formidable political force in Osun State.

He also commended the delegation for their dedication to the party’s vision of rescuing Nigeria from its economic challenges.
