Tears flow as veteran actor Jerry Amilo buries daughter
Veteran Nollywood actor Jerry Amilo has laid his daughter, Chidera Amilo, affectionately known as “Princess,” to rest following her untimely death on October 4th.
The tragic event occurred just months after a heartwarming reunion between the actor and his daughter.
Amilo had shared the emotional moment of their reunion on August 21 via social media, expressing his joy after being separated from Chidera for two years. However, the happiness was short-lived, as Chidera passed away just weeks after, with the cause of death still undisclosed.
Grieving the loss, Amilo took to Instagram to share touching clips from her funeral, captioning the post with heartfelt words:
“Good night My Angel ❤ MAY YOUR SOUL REST IN PERFECT PEACE AMEN Still staying FOCUSED.”
