Barcelona rising star, Lamine Yamal sidelined with Hamstring injury

Barcelona has confirmed that their young winger, Lamine Yamal, suffered an injury during his recent appearance for the Spanish national team. 

Yamal sustained a hamstring injury on his left leg during Spain’s 1-0 victory over Denmark. He was forced to leave the field in the closing minutes, visibly limping.

Following medical tests conducted by Barcelona, the club announced that there is no clear timeline for his return to action.

The Catalan side issued an official statement regarding the winger’s condition but withheld specifics about his recovery period.

“Tests carried out this morning on first team player Lamine Yamal have confirmed that he has a left hamstring strain,”

“His return to training will be determined by his recovery time,”

Yamal has been the key man for Barcelona scoring four goals and providing five assists in nine La Liga appearances in the current campaign.
