Kano Pillars players injured in bus crash en route Jos (photos)

Several players from the Kano Pillars FC U-19 team sustained injuries on Tuesday in a road accident while traveling to the New Jos Stadium for their Matchday 5 fixture against Plateau United U-19 in the inaugural U-19 Youth League.

The team’s media directorate confirmed that both players and the driver were injured and have been taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported, and the medical team is actively monitoring the situation.

The club extended their thoughts and prayers to those affected, with further updates expected as more information becomes available.
