Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim celebrated his first Premier League victory in style, leading his team to a commanding 4-0 win over Everton.

This triumph extends Amorim’s unbeaten run to three matches since joining United from Sporting Lisbon in November, replacing Erik ten Hag.

After a 1-1 draw against Ipswich and a 3-2 Europa League win over Bodo/Glimt, Amorim’s side delivered their most impressive performance yet. Marcus Rashford opened the scoring in the 34th minute with a deflected strike, followed by a goal from Joshua Zirkzee after a costly error by Everton’s Jarrad Branthwaite. Rashford added another just seconds into the second half, and Zirkzee sealed the rout in the 64th minute, both assisted by Amad Diallo.

Despite his early success, Amorim cautioned that United faces a long journey before becoming title contenders. Meanwhile, fans protested ticket price hikes outside Old Trafford, emphasizing the need for consistent wins to justify the increases. With Amorim at the helm, United appears to be moving in the right direction.
