Atiku holds closed-door meeting with Obasanjo in Abeokuta

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is currently in a closed-door meeting with ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Atiku’s convoy arrived at the OOPL at exactly 12:36 pm on Monday and was received by Otunba Oyewole Fasawe, a close ally of Obasanjo.

Among those accompanying Atiku are former Governors Liyel Imoke (Cross River) and Aminu Tambuwal (Sokoto), along with Senator Abdul Ningi (Bauchi Central).

While the details of the meeting remain undisclosed, the visit is expected to fuel speculations about political realignments and consultations ahead of key national events.
