2. Nile University
Founded in 2009, Nile University is situated in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
At present, it stands as the second most costly university in Nigeria, with tuition fees of roughly N5.95 million, not including other educational expenses.
Currently, the school boasts over 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students, six faculties, a School of Postgraduate Studies, 33 undergraduate programs, and 43 postgraduate programs.
3. Baze University
Baze University is a private university in Abuja, Nigeria, that charges a high tuition for its high-quality education.
Initially, it offered a Foundation course and three faculties: Applied Sciences, Law, and Management & Social Science. It opened for business in April 2011.
The institution currently has six faculties, comprising the basic medical, engineering, and environmental sciences faculties—the three (3) founding faculties.

4. Lead City University

5. Afe Babalola University
Afe Babalola University is a private Nigerian University founded by Chief Afe Babalola (SAN).
This university is the fifth most expensive in the nation, with a tuition fee of N4 million per session (not including housing, which costs N850,000 for a Super Deluxe one-person room) and additional fees.
The school is located in is a Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.
6. Pan-Atlantic University
Established in 1991, the Lagos Business School (LBS) served as the foundation for Pan Atlantic University.
The most costly program offered by the school, B.Eng Mechatronics, costs between N3.9 and N4.4 million and includes reading materials and academic facilities.
7. Igbinedion University

On the school website, it states that tuition for final-year medical students can reach N4 million, not including other fees.
8. Bowen University
Bowen University, situated in Iwo, Osun State, is the inaugural private Baptist Christian university in Nigeria.
The most costly program, the Medicine and Surgery program, is said to cost approximately N3.8 million per session, not including other school fees, according to its website.
Seventy percent of the school fees are due at the start of each semester, with the remaining thirty percent due at the start of the following semester.
9. American University of Nigeria
This University is located in Adamawa State and was established by former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, in Yola, the state capital city in 2000
The highest fee it charges is N3.511m for undergraduate engineering students; this amount does not include housing, which is N432,000 for a triple-room apartment, or meals, which come with a cost of N813,960 for 21 meals.
10. Benson Idahosa University
Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Edo State, is a private, Christian university.
The university was formerly known as Christian Faith University, but it was renamed in honor of the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa, a charismatic Pentecostal leader from Benin.
With 400 students enrolled in two faculties (the Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences and the Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences, and Education) when the university first opened for business in March 2002 when it was granted full accreditation.
Its Medicine and Surgery programme costs between N3.3m and N3.5m per session, according to its website.
Its most expensive programs are in nursing, medical laboratory science, and law, at N1.8 million, N1.5 million, and N1.2 million per session.
