1. Chris Oyakhilome

Christian Oyakhilome is the president of Loveworld Incorporated, a clergyman, and a televangelist.

He is best known for being the creator of the daily devotional Rhapsody of Realities and the founder of the Mega Church Christ Embassy.

Born on December 7th, 1963, he is an accomplished son of Edo State and a graduate of architecture from Ambrose Ali University in Ekpoma.

2. Rema

Divine Ikubor, a.k.a. Rema, is a young Edo State-born rapper, singer, entertainer, and brand representative from Nigeria.

Born in Benin City, he was raised by his mother following the passing of his father.

After signing with the Jonzing World recording label, he became well-known for the song Dumebi.

He has two albums, Rave and Roses (2022) and Rema Compilation (2020).

He is an undergraduate at the University of Lagos.

3. Victor Osimhen

Victor James Osimhen is a footballer from Edo State who has won several awards. He was born on December 26th, 1998 in Edo State.

4. Stella Damascus

Stella Damascus is a seasoned Nollywood actress from Edo State.

She has received numerous awards for her film performances. She was born on April 24th1978.

5. Nancy Isime

Nancy Isime hails from the Esan tribe in Edo State and is a well-known Nigerian actress, model, media personality, and TV host.

8. Charles Inojie

Charles Inojie is a Nigerian actor, comedian, producer and director from Edo State, Nigeria.

9. Osas Ighodaro

Osariemen Martha Elizabeth Ighodaro,  also known as Osas Ighodaro is an actress, producer and TV presenter.

10. Helen Paul

Helen Paul, a stand-up comedian, singer, and actress who is popularly known as Tatafo is a native of Edo State.

She graduated with a doctorate in Theater Arts from the University of Lagos and is married to Femi Bamisile, together they have two sons.

11. Joe Praize

Joseph Omo Ebhodaghe, popularly known as Joe Praize is a Nigerian gospel artist, songwriter and music director.

He became famous after he released his hit song “mighty God” and has since won several music awards.

He was born in Edo State on 20th June, 1979 and graduated from the University of Jos in Plateau State with a degree in administration and social work.
