How my only brother donated his kidney to save my life – TG Omori

Renowned Nigerian music video director and cinematographer TG Omori has expressed heartfelt gratitude to his brother for saving his life by donating a kidney.

The revelation came through a post on TG Omori’s verified X account late Tuesday.

He shared the emotional news with his fans, disclosing that he had recently undergone a kidney transplant, made possible by his only brother’s selfless donation.

In his post, TG Omori wrote, “Yesterday, my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again.” To further confirm the situation, he shared a picture of himself receiving treatment in the hospital, captioned, “Keep my spirit alive.”

TG Omori, also known as Boy Director, has been a significant figure in the Nigerian music industry since 2018.

He has directed music videos for a wide array of artists, including Olamide, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tekno, Kizz Daniel, Fireboy DML, Falz, Naira Marley, and Asake, among others.
