Alleged ritual attempt thwarted in Abuja hotel as victim screams alert staff
An alleged attempt to use a woman for rituals was foiled in a hotel in Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, after her desperate screams drew the attention of hotel staff.
The staff rushed to the room, where they found the woman naked, with her hands, legs, and neck bound with cellotape.
According to reports, the woman’s screams were what saved her, as hotel employees immediately intervened.
In a video circulating online, staff members are heard scolding both the man, accused of planning the ritual, and the woman for accompanying him.
The staff ordered the man to untie the woman, while she used her dress to cover her exposed body.
The incident has sparked conversations about safety and rising concerns regarding ritual-related activities.
