Aproko Doctor speaks out against AI-generated fake Ads
The team representing renowned Nigerian healthcare advocate Aproko Doctor has issued a firm rebuttal against misleading ads circulating on Facebook.
In a statement released by his manager, Ethel Neboh, they clarified that Aproko Doctor’s image, voice, and likeness were manipulated with AI technology to promote a dubious “blood vessel cleansing” product.
The fabricated ads not only misuse his identity but also propagate untrue accusations against pharmaceutical companies, labeling them as a “mafia.”
They even fabricate an explosive incident at his home to add sensationalism to the claims.
Neboh urged the public to disregard these ads and emphasized the importance of seeking verified health information from reliable sources.
Neboh clarified that Aproko Doctor has never endorsed or advertised any medication with such claims and is committed solely to offering credible health information to the public.
Furthermore, rumors of an explosion in his residence are entirely unfounded, and both he and his family are safe.
The team has alerted authorities and taken steps to combat these malicious actions, urging the public to be cautious about misinformation.
They expressed gratitude for the community’s continued support for Aproko Doctor’s mission of health awareness and positive impact.
