The Nigerian Senate has passed the N54.9 trillion 2025 budget on Thursday.

A breakdown of the budget allocation includes:

N23.963 trillion – Capital expenditure

N14.317 trillion – Debt servicing

N3.645 trillion – Statutory transfers

N13.64 trillion – Recurrent expenditure
