BREAKING: Tinubu embarks on two-week working vacation in the UK

President Bola Tinubu is set to depart Abuja on Wednesday, October 2, for the United Kingdom, where he will begin a two-week vacation, which forms part of his annual leave.

In a statement released by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, it was clarified that the President’s trip will serve as a working vacation, allowing him time to reflect on the economic reforms of his administration.

The President is expected to return to Nigeria after the conclusion of his leave.

The statement reads:

PRESIDENT TINUBU GOES ON ANNUAL LEAVE

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today for the United Kingdom to begin a two-week vacation, part of his yearly leave.

He will use the two weeks as a working vacation and a retreat to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms.

He will return to the country after the leave expires.
