BREAKING: VP Shettima invites Lokpobiri, Kyari, NSA over fuel price hike

Vice President Kashim Shettima has called for an urgent meeting with key officials at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, in response to the recent surge in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol.

Those summoned include the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, the Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, and National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.

The meeting is taking place at the Vice President’s office as Nigerians grapple with the effects of the petrol price hike.
