Damagun is the source of PDP problems – Dino Melaye
Former Senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye, has addressed his alleged suspension from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). On Friday, a faction of the PDP claimed to have suspended the outspoken senator.
In a response shared via his official Facebook page on Saturday, Melaye rejected the suspension, humorously stating, “Den no dey suspend air now,” which translates to “Nobody can suspend the air.”
The Kogi-born politician further added a message in the video, accusing PDP’s National Chairman, Iliya Damagun, of being the source of the party’s internal conflicts. “Damagun is the source of PDP problems. He will fail,” Melaye declared.
The video also featured Kola Ologbondiyan, a former National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, laughing alongside Melaye as they ridiculed the party’s leadership.
