Dessers shines as Rangers defeat Mourinho’s Fenerbahçe 3-1

Nigerian forward Cyriel Dessers delivered a stellar performance, scoring and assisting to help Rangers secure a 3-1 victory over José Mourinho’s Fenerbahçe on Thursday night.  

Dessers opened the scoring in the sixth minute, rounding the goalkeeper before calmly slotting the ball into the net.

However, Ghanaian defender Alexander Djiku leveled the score for Fenerbahçe in the 30th minute.

Just before halftime, Dessers turned provider, assisting Václav Černý to restore Rangers’ lead in the 42nd minute.

Rangers sealed their win with a dominant display, strengthening their form ahead of upcoming fixtures.

The forward had a goal chalked off for offside early in the second half.

Černý netted his second goal of the game nine minutes from time.
