Divine change for will happen in Nigeria – Pastor Kumuyi, urges prayer
The General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministries, Pastor William Kumuyi, has expressed confidence that Nigeria will experience the much-needed transformation under God’s guidance.
Speaking at the Palace of Eze Ekpeye Lodgo in Ahoada, Rivers State, Pastor Kumuyi encouraged citizens to persist in seeking divine intervention for the country’s challenges.
His remarks came as he arrived in Ahoada for the September edition of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK), scheduled from September 26 to October 1, 2024, at the Western Ahoada County High School. The crusade runs daily from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Kumuyi also praised Nigerian youths for their role in demanding an end to bad governance and hunger.
The GCK, which he spearheads, continues to gather thousands of participants globally, resulting in numerous testimonies of repentance and miracles.
He said: “I appreciate the courage, foresight, and vision of our youth, and what everybody wants is what the youth testified about and demanded; we need good governance but one rain does not come from our front, our back, sides, we look up, the rain will come from above, a change will come for our nation.
“What will happen as a result of this special Global Crusade with Kumuyi, GCK, we are having in Ahoada will be incredible and all I am saying is come and see.”
On his part, the Monarch of Ekpeye Land, Eze Kelvin Ngozi-Anugwo, expressed optimism that the crusade tagged ‘The Wonders of God’s Grace’ will bring blessings.
“Today, you have stepped your feet on the land of Ekpeye Nation, and it is a thing of joy. We are all overwhelmed to receive you, and we want to also assure you, that we will partake in the crusade”, he said.
He further stated that the Ekpeye Nation throws its weight behind the GCK happening life in Ahoada.
“We will also support the crusade. We know that you are an ordained Man of God. You came to Ekpeye Land in the year 2016, and there were transformations, turnarounds, and all for good.
“For me, I have faith and believe that we are going to receive it more in the Name of Jesus Christ”, he prayed.
