El-Rufai visits Emir Sanusi in Kano (Photos)

Former Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, on Monday paid a courtesy visit to Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi, the 16th Emir of Kano, at his palace.

The Emir, who appeared in high spirits, warmly received El-Rufai and his entourage of close associates.

Though details of their private discussions were not made public, the visit drew attention as both men are known for their longstanding friendship and shared views on national issues.

The meeting is believed to be part of El-Rufai’s ongoing engagements with traditional rulers and political stakeholders across the country.
