FCT, Kano, 26 other states yet to form new minimum wage committee (+Full List)
As the new minimum wage implementation progresses, 27 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) are yet to establish committees necessary for analysing and implementing the new wage structure.
These committees play a crucial role in negotiating and implementing the minimum wage within their jurisdictions. Without these committees, the process of aligning state wage structures with the federal mandate remains stalled.
