Hardship: Police Inspector commits suicide by hanging in Adamawa

A police inspector, Dasu Kassa, has tragically passed away in Adamawa State.

His body was discovered at his residence in Anguwan Yungur, Girei Local Government Area, on Monday evening. Reports indicate that Kassa had returned from a hospital in Yola, the state capital, earlier that evening.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.

The circumstances surrounding the death of police inspector are currently being investigated. While no note was left behind, family sources indicate that financial difficulties and medical expenses may have contributed to his decision.

The Adamawa State Police Command has confirmed the incident, with spokesperson SP Suleiman Nguroje verifying the details to SaharaReporters.

He said, “Actually the police inspector was found dead.

“The Command is investigating the matter with a view to finding out the circumstances that led to the dead.”
