N15m Bribe: VeryDarkMan presents evidence to Reps panel
Popular social media influencer, Martins Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has presented evidence before the House of Representatives panel investigating corruption allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).
The investigation follows an audio recording shared by VeryDarkMan, in which controversial celebrity Bobrisky reportedly claimed to have bribed EFCC officials with N15 million to dismiss money laundering charges against him.
Additionally, Bobrisky is accused of serving his six-month jail sentence in a private apartment rather than in a prison facility, as required by law.
The panel is reviewing these serious allegations, as the claims point to deep corruption within the EFCC and the NCS. More updates will follow as the investigation progresses.
