The 20-year-old centre-back previously played for French club Stade Reims, where she played a pivotal role in helping the team secure consecutive top-six finishes during her two-year tenure.

Imuran expressed her enthusiasm for the move, stating, “I’m very excited to join London City Lionesses and start a new chapter in my career in England.

Everyone has been so welcoming since I arrived, and I look forward to being able to help the team on the pitch.” She was drawn to London City after being impressed by the coach’s vision for the team and the opportunity for a new challenge.

Rofiat Imuran is set to make her debut against Charlton Athletic on Sunday.
