Chairman House of Representatives’ Committee on FCT, Rep. Aliyu Muktar Betara has eulogized the leadership virtues and dedication of the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Wike to infrastructural development of the nation’s capital city.
Hon. Betara, who represents Biu/Bayo/Shani and Kwaya Kusar Federal Constituency of Borno state stated this in a congratulatory message to the FCT Minister who was conferred with the award as the “Minister of the Year by THISDAY/Arise TV.”
