Tinubu awards posthumous national honor to late Gen. Lagbaja

President Bola Tinubu has posthumously conferred the Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR) honor on the late Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja.

The announcement was made during the burial ceremony held in his honor on Friday.

The conferment recognizes Lagbaja’s service and contributions to the Nigerian military prior to his untimely passing.
