Tinubu hosts Ghanaian president John Mahama in Aso Rock

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday welcomed Ghanaian President John Mahama to the State House in Abuja.
This marks Mahama’s first official visit to Nigeria since his inauguration on January 7, 2025.
The two leaders are expected to discuss ways to enhance diplomatic relations between Nigeria and Ghana, focusing on economic cooperation and regional stability.
Their meeting will also address key issues affecting the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), reinforcing efforts toward regional development and security.
Shortly after winning the presidential election in December 2024, Tinubu visited Mahama in Accra.
