Tottenham Hotspur delivered a crushing 3-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, piling more pressure on United manager Erik ten Hag.

Spurs took the lead early when Brennan Johnson tapped in from a Micky Van de Ven assist just three minutes into the match.

Despite several missed chances, Tottenham extended their lead two minutes into the second half, courtesy of Dejan Kulusevski, following a moment of poor defending from United.

Dominic Solanke sealed the victory with a third goal, capitalizing on another defensive lapse by the Red Devils.

United, who played with ten men after captain Bruno Fernandes was sent off in the 42nd minute, struggled throughout the match.

This third defeat in six Premier League games leaves United languishing in 11th place, further casting doubt on Ten Hag’s future at the club.

Tottenham, under Ange Postecoglou, have now won four consecutive games and delivered one of their best performances of the season, despite missing key player Son Heung-min.

As United face tough fixtures ahead, including a Europa League trip to Porto, Ten Hag’s position appears increasingly fragile, with many fans speculating his dismissal is imminent.
