Tragedy as fast-moving train crushes pedestrian to death in Lagos

A tragic incident occurred on Monday in Lagos when a fast-moving train fatally struck a yet-to-be-identified individual along the railway tracks at Cappa, Oshodi.

According to an eyewitness, Mr. Akin Rowland, the accident took place around 3 p.m.

Emergency responders from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) quickly arrived at the scene and recovered the dismembered body of the deceased.

“LASEMA Response Team from Cappa Base recovered the corpse of an adult male hit by a train along the railway tracks at Cappa on Monday,

“The remains has been deposited at the General Hospital mortuary,”
