U.S. Ambassador meets Mi-Yetti Allah leadership (Photo)

The United States Ambassador to Nigeria, Mary Beth Leonard, has held a meeting with the leadership of the Mi-Yetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN).
The U.S. Mission Nigeria made this known on Monday through a post on its official X.com account, formerly known as Twitter.
According to the statement, Ambassador Leonard met with the association to listen to the concerns of herder communities in the country.
The discussion also focused on the underlying causes of insecurity affecting these communities and possible ways to peacefully address the conflicts.
The post read, “Today, Ambassador Mills met with the Mi-Yetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) to hear about the concerns of herder communities.”
“The meeting included discussion of the causes of insecurity and opportunities to peacefully resolve conflict.”
