Video: This govt is doing very well – Obi takes a swipe at Tinubu’s administration

Former Anambra State governor and 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has taken a swipe at the current administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stating that his government has failed Nigerians by continuing from where former President Muhammadu Buhari stopped.

Obi made this remark while assessing the economic and governance situation in the country. He sarcastically noted that Tinubu has indeed fulfilled his campaign promise of following in Buhari’s footsteps, but to the detriment of Nigerians.

“Apparently, the government of APC under President Tinubu has done very well; because when Tinubu was campaigning, he said he will continue from where Buhari stopped.”

The former presidential candidate lamented that the country’s economy and security situation have worsened, with inflation soaring, poverty increasing, and insecurity persisting.
