Woman bites off Lover’s Joystick during dispute in Rivers

The Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of a 43-year-old woman, identified as Gift, for allegedly biting off the tip of her lover’s penis during a domestic altercation in the Mile 3 area of Diobu, Port Harcourt.

The incident, which occurred on Thursday, sparked alarm in the densely populated Bishop Okoye Street when news of the act spread among residents.

Sources revealed that trouble began when Gift’s lover, known simply as Sunday, allegedly demanded to have sex.

Gift reportedly refused, accusing him of relying on sex-enhancing drugs that made their encounters unusually prolonged.

A resident, who spoke under anonymity, told our correspondent, “Mr. Sunday got angry and descended on her for refusing him. In the heat of the scuffle, the woman grabbed his manhood with her mouth and bit off the cap.”

Sunday’s loud cries reportedly drew neighbours, who initially attempted to mob the woman before police officers from Nkpolu Police Division, led by the Divisional Police Officer, arrived and took her into custody.

The injured man was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.

When contacted, the spokesperson for the Rivers State Police Command, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, confirmed the incident on Friday. “Yes, I can confirm the incident.

The woman, aged 43, has been arrested, and investigation is ongoing,” she said.

The motive behind the violent act remains under investigation as residents continue to express shock over the bizarre encounter.
