In celebration of Nigeria’s 64th Independence Anniversary, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will deliver a nationwide broadcast on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 7 a.m.

This announcement was made through a statement shared by the presidency via X.com.

The broadcast is part of the activities planned to mark the nation’s milestone, and citizens are encouraged to tune in via television, radio, and other electronic media.

Network services from the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) will carry the address.

This message was signed by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, as the nation gears up for the annual commemoration.

The statement reads;

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will make a nationwide broadcast on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 7 a.m.

The broadcast is part of activities to commemorate the 64th Independence Anniversary of the nation.

Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria for the broadcast.”
