BBNaija S9: I’m not rich yet, stop asking for money’ – KellyRae

Big Brother Naija Season 9 winner, Kellyrae, has expressed frustration over the overwhelming requests for financial assistance from family and friends.

The reality star revealed that ever since he shared online that he gifted his wife, Kassia, a significant sum of N55 million from his prize money, the demands for financial help have been nonstop.

In a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Kellyrae pleaded with those reaching out for favors to give him time to settle.

The star’s transparency about his finances seems to have led to an influx of requests, making it difficult for him to manage the situation.

“I was receiving calls people close to us after I said I gave Kassia N55 million and they were asking for their own share of my prize money,” he said.

“I will like to say to everyone, I’m not a rich man yet please. The money is big but things are expensive. Even if it’s egg I want to buy, how many crates of eggs will I buy? Please allow a brother to settle.”
