Tinubu passes vote of confidence in Ganduje-led APC NWC

President Bola Tinubu has expressed strong belief in the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to develop Nigeria and play a key role in Africa’s progress.
Speaking on Tuesday during the APC Caucus meeting at the State House in Abuja, Tinubu reaffirmed his commitment to the party’s Renewed Hope Manifesto.
“We can steer the future of this country and make a difference. I like what is happening around the world. It is teaching a lesson that we, particularly Nigeria, is a great African country that can build and help Africa to grow,” he stated.
The president emphasized the need for Nigeria to achieve food sovereignty rather than just food security, stressing that this would help reposition the nation as a leader in Africa’s development.
“I am a very happy man; the sunny side of this country is on the horizon. Things are getting better, the days of gloom are gone. We are looking at the brighter and the sunny side of our country and our people,” Tinubu added.
He reassured APC members of his commitment to fulfilling his promises despite criticisms against his administration. He also acknowledged the difficulties Nigerians face due to some government policies.
Tinubu further praised APC chairman Abdullahi Ganduje for the party’s achievements in various elections.
