Tragedy as Porn star dies during threesome filming

Brazilian adult content creator Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, popularly known as Anna Polly, has tragically passed away after falling from a hotel balcony in Nova Iguaçu, northwest of Rio de Janeiro.  

Authorities have launched a full-scale investigation into the mysterious circumstances surrounding her death.

Reports indicate that Anna had invited two men to participate in a filmed encounter for an online adult platform before the incident.

The case remains under scrutiny as officials seek to determine the exact cause of her fall.
